As the company’s first hire, I took on a wide range of roles—from customer experience and production to artwork management. To reach our target market—primarily men aged 30–50 in the beverage industry—we focused on trade publications that spoke directly to producers rather than consumers. Key placements included The New Brewer and digital platforms like The Froth, along with regional press releases through local newspapers and broadcast media.

One of our most effective marketing tools was a sample box mailed directly to breweries, featuring pre-designed printed cans that showcased our capabilities. Unlike cold calls or email outreach, the box placed our product directly in front of decision-makers—often the owners—making a stronger, more tangible impression. Each can demonstrated a specific feature, accompanied by other materials highlighting our services, pricing, and the environmental benefits of direct-to-can digital printing.
